Return Policy for USA Customers

We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the USA. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out with any questions regarding specific items.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange, return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
